Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email info@maestudiojewelry.ca with your order number.

Exclusions
Custom pieces, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Email us and we’ll help with an exchange where available.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
